Ryan Hiller - Tenor

When did you join BCGC? September 2015
What's your favourite BCGC song? It would have to be Total Praise, it sounds massive, it gives you goosebumps and leaves you feeling uplifted.
What's your favourite BCGC moment (so far!)? I don't actually think I could narrow it down to one moment. Having the opportunity to perform at the Waterfront, the Grand Opera House, Stormont and numerous other venues have been amazing. But I think the best moments are sharing them with amazing people and watching them let it all go and give themselves over to the moment, to just sing and watch all their worries in the world disappear is fantastic. There's definitely healing in singing.
What's been your favourite BCGC gig? Definitely performing at the Waterfront for the last 2 Christmas performances. It's an amazing feeling to stand on a large stage and sing to 2000 people, to watch them leave buzzing is amazing. I can safely say that 3 years ago I would have laughed if you told me I would have done half of what I have achieved with BCGC.
What song would you love BCGC to include in their set? That's a difficult one to answer but I think the choir could do a great version of Billy Joel's - Just the Way you Are
Why should I come and see BCGC in action? I think that with the constant pressures of everyday life that we have to face, it's good for you to unplug and go somewhere that will give you a message of Joy and Happiness, somewhere that leaves you feeling uplifted and buzzing, somewhere that you can leave life's worries behind and thats a BCGC concert.
